Return and Refund Policy
Peak a Bloom may, depending on the circumstances, refund the price of the product or provide another solution such as resending the product or resending a different gift of the same value.
As we are working with fresh products, it will be at our complete discretion what solution will be suitable and applicable.
Flower Availability & Substitutions
As our arrangements are made with fresh, seasonal flowers, some flowers may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, Peak a Bloom will replace any unavailable flowers with similar flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and look of the arrangement.
No Refund Once Dispatched / Out for Delivery
Due to the perishable nature of our products, once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund, and the customer remains responsible for the full order amount.
Exceptions & Resolution
In exceptional cases, Peak a Bloom may, at its sole discretion, approve a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another solution of equivalent value.
When a refund, replacement, or other solution is granted, we aim to review and confirm the decision within 1 working day.
Refund Processing Time
If Peak a Bloom approves a refund, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable (or via an alternative method determined by Peak a Bloom).
